This program offers to go and meet multiple ethnic groups (Sherpa, Yolmo, Tamang) by visiting the traditional villlages beautiful monasteries and placed surrounded by terraced agriculture. You join the sacred lake region by a neck at 4600 m with superb views of the chain of Langtang and Ganesh Himal. You will also go on to the hill of Yangri Danda, place of pilgrimage for Buddhists from where you can see the Gauri Shankar and even a part of mt. Everest.
Arrival in Kathmandu, reception at the airport by your agent and transfer to your hotel. Late afternoon guided walk through the old neighborhoods and around the former royal palace in Kathmandu

Tour. Starting to go to the famous stupa of Boudhanath, the largest in the world, and considered the Mecca of Tibetan Buddhism. Then, continue your visit to Patan, the ancient royal capital. This city is a veritable outdoor museum with its palaces, pagodas, monasteries, temples and shrines.

The slope is steep to reach Dussagong and locality of Foprang Kopra. Lunch in an extraordinary panorama in a Swiss Chalet Lodge. Continuation of our walk in the forest that is home to red pandas before arriving Shin Gompa monastery which means wood. Also available there is cheese.

Thousands of pilgrims gather in August. Arrive for lunch. Stroll around the lake or be prepared to climb a small hill (100m plus) to view the 360-degree view of the landscape of high mountains and glacial lakes.

It is a succession of ups and downs in the forest that leads you to the Lodge of Gopte. Depending on your form, we’ll stop there in the lodge very rustic, or we may walk for 2hr is on a mountain trail to reach Russian Tharepati. Located on a ridge overlooking the valley of Rolwaling near Everest, you still enjoy an impressive panorama with Gangchenpo, Shisha Pangma, the Jugul Himal, Dorje Lakpa and Numbur.

Very steep descend to the village surrounded by crops Melemchi. Visit the monastery and stroll through the village with beautiful houses with flowers. Well deserved rest after the tiring walk.
